Blair Gertmenian

Blair has been with The Gladstone Companies since 2005 as an Associate for Private Finance in our New York , NY office. Prior to joining Gladstone , Mr. Gertmenian worked as a financial analyst in J.P. Morgan's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group from 2003 to 2005, where he provided advisory services to both public and private companies. In 2002, he joined J.P. Morgan's Middle Market Financial Sponsors Group. Mr. Gertmenian holds a BSBA with a concentration in finance from Georgetown University where he graduated Cum Laude. He is also a member of the Friends Committee for the Lymphoma Research Foundation.

Erika Highland

Erika has been with The Gladstone Companies since 2005 as an Associate for Private Finance, Portfolio Management, at our Headquarters in McLean, VA. Prior to joining Gladstone, she was an Account Executive at Wells Fargo Retail Finance where she was responsible for monitoring a portfolio of senior secured loans to national and regional retail chains. From 2001 through 2003, she worked as a financial analyst in A.G. Edwards' Investment Banking Division. Ms. Highland holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston College.
